Information you choose to send

The salon form asks for your name, email address, phone number, inquiry subject, and message. The bridal form also asks about your wedding date, party, service location, schedule, venue, referral source, photographer, and whether health concerns may require a styling modification.

Please answer the bridal health-concerns question with “yes” or “no” only and do not put medical details in the comments field. If a modification may be needed, designated Artistry Lounge staff can discuss it with you privately during follow-up.

How inquiry information is used and stored

We use inquiry information to respond, discuss availability, recommend services, and plan salon or bridal work. Form submissions are delivered to the appropriate Artistry Lounge inbox through Hostinger email. The website does not save submissions in a database or CRM.

Access to inquiry inboxes is limited to designated staff. Unbooked inquiries are deleted after 12 months. Information connected to an ongoing client relationship follows the business’s existing record-retention practices.

Spam protection and website analytics

Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information needed to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Google Analytics measures general website usage, such as pages visited and calls-to-action selected. We do not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, health responses, or message contents to Google Analytics.

Service providers

Netlify hosts the website and its server functions, Hostinger delivers inquiry email, Cloudflare provides spam protection, and Google provides website analytics. These providers process information needed to operate their respective services.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete an inquiry by emailing contact@artistryloungehairstudio.com. Bridal guests may also email inquiry@artistryloungebridal.com. We may retain information when reasonably necessary for an active client relationship or another applicable business obligation.

Policy updates

We may update this policy when the website or our service providers change. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.
